I feel like this February has the potential to be one of the worst Black History Months on record.

UNLESS.

We all band together and make it ONE OF THE BEST BLACK HISTORY MONTHS ON RECORD. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Let’s rally around our Black friends and family and neighbors and strangers and listen up and support and buy stuff and make noise and learn things and speak up and celebrate Black History and Black Resilience and Black Excellence and Black Joy and Black Books (etc etc etc). 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

If you’ve been around for a minute, you know how much I love Liberation Is Lit, a bookstore that aims to spark collective action for liberation and community building among readers and book lovers by promoting stories from intersectional experiences. 💛🖤📚

Liberation Is Lit is moving into a storefront in April (shout out to Thrift Therapy here in Columbia, SC!), and I want to raise money for Tayler to hire a part-time employee to sell books.📚📚📚

Each yellow heart 💛 represents $10 we need on our way to $1000, and I’ll change the hearts to black 🖤 after each $10 donation. I started us off with $20.
