Do you have a book inside of you, but the thought of getting from Point A (where you are now) to Point B (a published book) has you completely OVERWHELMED?
Or maybe you’ve got a lot of your book out of your head and into a Word or Google doc, but you’re still completely OVERWHELMED.
I get it. BELIEVE ME, I get it. And I’d love to hold your hand through this process.
It’s why my friend Tayler Simon (you might know her as the founder of Liberation Is Lit) and I created a support group for writers last year. It’s called Poet to Published and it’s a 30-day cohort but you have access to the group for life.
“But what if I’m not a poet?”
GREAT QUESTION. You don’t have to be. We originally created the cohort with poets in mind (and that’s still our focus—the cohort happens during National Poetry Month in April), but you can join regardless. The publishing support translates across genres.
You might also discover (like I did) that your book of prose that was giving you so much trouble was actually ITCHING TO BE POETRY. (see: this book)
If you’ve been writing poems and don’t know what to do with them or if they’re “good enough” for a book, this cohort is perfect for you.
Here are some of the books last year’s participants self-published:

What happens in our Poet to Published cohort in April?
hang out in a private Facebook group with me and Tayler all month (and beyond)
informational Zoom meetings on Tues/Thurs at 7pm ET (recorded)
free write sessions on Saturdays at 11am ET (not recorded)
ask aaaalllll of your questions
get feedback/critique on your writing
get connected with editors/cover designers/formatters
the support and accountability and community you need to publish your book
Here’s a podcast episode with Tayler and I giving more details.
Here’s the link to register for the cohort.
There’s an early bird discount through March 7 ($249) before the price goes back up to $299. I personally believe this level of support is worth far more.
And I’m going to add a BONUS: for anyone who registers, I’ll give you a 30-minute pick-my-brain phone (or video) call for FREE anytime in March.
Let me know what questions you have! And we can’t wait to help you publish your book!
