Today while I was getting ready for work (at church) I was thinking about all the people I know who are more friendly to the idea of women pastors than they used to be (including myself) but who (not including myself) are still really skittish when you start *talking* about women pastors (or when I wear my Rev She t-shirt) and then my subconscious offered me Winifred Banks's "Sister Suffragettes" song from *Mary Poppins* and I didn't notice I was singing it until five minutes later. Anyway. Your piece of art is...of a piece with my shower brain this morning, I guess is what I'm saying.
I really like how the poem art looks like a trad wife. Cheers to not being trad wives, which I know both of us were expected to be.
