worth every minute
the only thing I don’t
love about writing books
is that it takes me hours and
hours and hours and days
and days and days and weeks
weeks weeks months months
months, sometimes years
to write one and then
you read it
in 55 minutes
also now that I’ve made
writing a book sound so
arduous (which it is)
I think it would be amazing
if you wrote one
I know not everybody needs to
tell their story in book form
but if you do, hit me up
I’d love to read it
Hi, friends. I’m serious. Have you written a book? Tell me about it.
Related: Is anyone writing a novel in November for NaNoWriMo? I’m not, but I’m going to write a short book of poetry that people can cut up and turn into poem art, because WHY NOT?
Speaking of poetry books, THANK YOU to everyone who has bought a copy of unbelieve and/or jaded during my birthday sale. They’re just $9.99 this week instead of $18.99. Grab a copy for yourself and a friend!
That poetry book for poetry art sounds amazing!
In January I self-published a book of essays that build into a short memoir. I split it into four themes: Growth, Motherhood, Change, and Healing. I just republished it so that I could get it listed in more places than just Amazon (I discovered it last night on the Barnes and Noble website), but here is the Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM7Q9FQM/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1CEM1ZQFEKMJY&keywords=embracing+the+journey+styf&qid=1698862543&sprefix=embracing+the+journey+styf%2Caps%2C77&sr=8-2
